  I went in for the dip nails and he tore my cuticuls to shreads. My fingers have been bleeding off and on because he trimmed so close to the skin and filed so hard. The manicure over all actually hurt, and I have never had an experience like that. Not to mention that he didn't even shape my nails before starting the dip process, and he was literally yelling on the phone while doing my nails. He was so loud that one of his employees even said something about it.
