  Crunch gym is pretty fantastic well the instructors are; I had my membership for four months before I actually decided to visit the gym on a regular basis. One morning I got up and was like let me go to a Zumba class, and that's where I met one of the best class/gym instructors ever!!! I went from no gym to cardio classes and strength training 4-5 days a week. Alex Coleman is inspiring and fun when she teaches her class. She is amazingly fun and an inspiration I look forward to getting to my goal weight and learning more about health and wellness.
